Booking Policy
- To confirm your booking, a non-refundable advance payment of 25% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid 15 days prior to the trip start date.
- Bookings made within 15 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy (By Participant)
- Cancellation 30 days or more before the trip: 80% of the total amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 15–30 days before the trip: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before the trip: No refund.
- No refund will be made for no-shows or early departures during the trip.
Cancellation (By Lost Trails)
- Lost Trails reserves the right to cancel or postpone a trip due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient group size.
- In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or an option to transfer the booking to another available date/trip.
Refund Process
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
Transfer of Booking
Participants may transfer their booking to another person up to 7 days before the trip, subject to approval by Lost Trails.
Liability
Lost Trails is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary caused by weather conditions, transport issues, or other external factors beyond our control.
